Service Dispatch / Delivery

• Once a booking is confirmed, our operations team assigns a vehicle and driver based on your selected time, location, and ride type (local, outstation, airport transfer, or tour package).

• The driver and vehicle details will be shared with the customer via SMS, WhatsApp, or email before the pickup time.

• For tour packages, any associated travel documentation or itinerary details will be delivered digitally (email or WhatsApp) within 24–48 hours of confirmation.

Pickup Timings

• Our goal is to ensure on-time vehicle arrival. However, real-time conditions like traffic, weather, or roadblocks may occasionally affect punctuality.

• Customers will receive real-time tracking or updates in case of any delays.

Delivery of Self-Drive Vehicles (If applicable)

• For self-drive rentals, vehicles will be delivered to the customer’s provided address as per the scheduled time.

• Delivery and pickup charges (if applicable) will be clearly mentioned during booking.

• Customers must be available at the address during the agreed time with valid ID and license.
