Free cancellation is allowed up to 2 hours before the scheduled pickup time.

Cancellations made within 2 hours of pickup time may be charged a cancellation fee of up to ₹100 or 25% of the fare, whichever is higher.

Free cancellation is allowed up to 6 hours before the scheduled pickup time.

Cancellations made within 6 hours of pickup time will be subject to a cancellation charge of up to 30% of the booking amount.

In case of prepaid bookings, this amount will be deducted from the advance paid.

If the customer fails to appear at the pickup point without prior cancellation, it will be considered a No-show.

No refund will be provided for no-shows, and full fare or advance will be forfeited.
