Policies

Cancellation Policy

  • Local Rides: Free cancellation up to 2 hours before the pickup time.

  • Outstation / Airport Transfers / Tour Packages: Free cancellation up to 6 hours before pickup.

  • Late Cancellation: A cancellation fee (up to 25% of the fare or advance) may be applied for cancellations made after the free period.

  • No-show: If the customer fails to show up, the booking will be marked as a no-show, and no refund will be provided.

Refund Policy

  • Refunds are processed only for eligible cancellations made within the allowed time window.

  • Refunds (if applicable) will be initiated within 5–7 working days to the original mode of payment.

  • Neon Cabs will not be liable for delays caused by banks or payment gateways.

  • No refunds for completed rides, delays due to traffic, or route issues.

Replacement Policy (Vehicle or Driver)

  • In the event of a vehicle breakdown or driver unavailability, a replacement vehicle or driver will be arranged at no extra charge.

  • If a replacement cannot be arranged in time, a full refund or rescheduling option will be provided.

Privacy Policy

  • Neon Cabs collects customer data only for booking and service-related purposes.

  • We do not sell or share your personal information with third parties without consent.

  • All payment data is encrypted and handled securely.
