Cancellation Policy

Local Rides: Free cancellation up to 2 hours before the pickup time.

Outstation / Airport Transfers / Tour Packages: Free cancellation up to 6 hours before pickup.

Late Cancellation: A cancellation fee (up to 25% of the fare or advance) may be applied for cancellations made after the free period.

No-show: If the customer fails to show up, the booking will be marked as a no-show, and no refund will be provided.
Refund Policy

Refunds are processed only for eligible cancellations made within the allowed time window.

Refunds (if applicable) will be initiated within 5–7 working days to the original mode of payment.

Neon Cabs will not be liable for delays caused by banks or payment gateways.

No refunds for completed rides, delays due to traffic, or route issues.
Replacement Policy (Vehicle or Driver)

In the event of a vehicle breakdown or driver unavailability, a replacement vehicle or driver will be arranged at no extra charge.

If a replacement cannot be arranged in time, a full refund or rescheduling option will be provided.
