Service Use

Customers must provide accurate booking details including pickup/drop locations, date, and time.

Bookings are subject to availability and confirmation from Neon Cabs.

We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule a ride in case of emergencies or unavailability of vehicles or drivers.
Pricing and Payment

Fare estimates are provided during booking and may vary slightly based on route, traffic, or time.

Prices include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.

Full or partial advance payment may be required for certain bookings (e.g., outstation, tours).

Accepted payment modes: Cash, UPI, Credit/Debit Cards, Net Banking, or approved wallets.
Cancellation and Refunds

Cancellations must be made within the timeframes mentioned in our Cancellation & Refund Policy.

Late cancellations or no-shows may lead to partial or full forfeiture of the fare.

Eligible refunds will be processed within 5–7 working days to the original mode of payment.
Service Delivery

We aim to deliver on-time pickups, but we are not liable for delays caused by traffic, weather, or unforeseen incidents.

Driver and vehicle details are shared before the scheduled time.

Customers are expected to be present at the pickup point on time.
